Paint with NumberReviews of paintwithnumber.com

I was surprised to see that the paint was not prenumbered, and that I had to do it myself using a key. Additionally, the lines on the canvas are faint and very hard to see, and the different sections are not shaded and coordinated to the colors as they are in other kits. Overall, I was very disappointed and will not buy from this company again.

The kit took a long time to be delivered, and it was ultimately delivered to the wrong address (ie., someone else’s home). When I contacted customer care to ask for a refund, they instead suggested I go and pick up the kit myself at the address it had been (incorrectly) delivered to.

I sent a winter scene photo. It came back with the snow a shades of purple, some quite dark. Snow is white with perhaps a slight blue tinge. I also sent a photo of a friend in front of his yellow mustang convertible. When the painting arrived, the mustang was not a convertible. The black convertible roof was all yellow just like it was a hardtop. Parts of the car were also greenish not yellow. Two very disappointing purchases. AND……. THE PRICES HAVE GONE UPP DRAMATICALLY. No real need for that kind of an increase.

My picture was very hard to paint. The paint brushes are not stiff so the black that I used on the eyes looks terrible and the pink on the lips is messed up as well. Need stiffer paint brushes for the small details and less change of color Because of Glare in the pic

I don't think this company knows what quality control means. I was gifted a kit for a Christmas present and I'm pretty disappointed. I won't tell my son but I would never buy another kit from Paint with Number. Paint is missing. Other parts are missing. The frame I got should have been rejected because a knot fell out of the wood, making one of the corners bad. Good thing the canvas will hold it together.

The translated picture had four faces on it. They were relatively small faces which may have been part of the problem. One person had no nose included in the face.

Ordered 2 custom kits on December 10th- still waiting for delivery on January 7th. My first contact to report my missing order was dealt with promptly and reordered for me as they were “ lost in transit “ but as all products were reduced by 50% at the time they were reordered I do feel a little cheated. Paid twice as much as I needed to for 2 products to be a month late. Can’t comment on quality as still “in transit”

Multiple paintings were delivered in the same package making it difficult for gift giving. Also packages were late and didn’t make it for Christmas despite ordering Dec 6. Too many spam emails
