I have not even received the item, Order #75373. The only information available to me is that the goods have been received and are in normal transit. 2025-12-29 19:22 When I try to track this missing order, the system asks me to give my credit card information. I feel very uncomfortable to do so. I will NEVER order from Paint with Number.

I never received this order. When I tracked it, I could see that it was sent back to China after failing a customs inspection in California. I never received a refund.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Stay away! Ordered Dec 15/25 as a Xmas gift. The website said it would be delivered before Xmas. Sent an email same day - Dec 15/25 to confirm that it would arrive by Christmas and if not wanted to cancel the order but was told it was already in “processing”. Tracking is horrible. Can’t get firm answers from customer service. Today is Dec 30 and still not received. My Christmas gift was ruined! 😡

Hello, we never mentioned it would be delivered before Christmas. We are not responsible for the delivery. We only ship the kit and during holiday season the post offices are very busy so there will be a lot of delays, other websites also experience the same. It's not only Paint with Number. Thanks for your understanding

If I could give zero stars I would. Still haven’t received my order and it has been in “transit” for 28 days with no delivery date in sight. Reached out to customer service numerous times with no response other than that it’s in transit.

I don’t have any response from paint whit numbers , they sent me the wrong item and I emailed them and no one responded , and no phone number I can call to contact them, I am very disappointed ☹️. I hope I get some help with this. I brought framed 50x70cm , 48 colors and a professional paint brush total $160 and I got only couple colors and only the canvas no framed or paint brushs. 😔

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. I ordered two of these as gifts for a special Christmas gift exchange happening on December 24. When I placed the order the site guaranteed that they would arrive before Christmas. Tracking shows that my items are still in China and when I reached out to the company I was told they will arrive on December 28. I asked for a refund since I now have to buy two additional, different, last-minute gifts for this special Christmas party. I have no use for these paint-by-number items after Christmas. Terrible customer service—was told they will not refund any portion of my purchase. Will not use this company again and would recommend you don't use them, either!

I have NOT received my order even though it has been well over a month since I placed my order. Tried tracking my package but this company hasn't given me the USPS parcel number that I need to do so.

My order states delivered at a time we were all home, stating delivered to a secure location at our address. I do not have this purchase and getting nowhere trying to communicate with this company.
