The colors were not very accurate.

It took weeks to arrive when it did the package was crushed on both ends. I’m lucky I have a relationship with my P. O. because the package said delivered but wasn’t at my address. Paint with Numbers response was pretty much “it says delivered work it out on your own” so I did and found it, not in good shape. I won’t waste my time telling them because customer service is clearly not a concern.

Zero customer service. Phone number not legit. No email response. Social media presence minimal. I never got my painting. Theft of $44.09 do not buy!

The parcel was supposed to come between 10-15 days, that's what the website said, it took almost a month to deliver. Plus, the packaging was very poor and I didn't expect this kind of product when I paid $40 for it. My canvas was completely crumbled, just wrapped around a bubble wrap. They should have at least put it in a cardboard box to prevent it from ruining. Overall, I'm not gonna buy from this website ever again. $40 was a total waste. Late delivery, poor quality and not worth your time or money.

I ordered a paint with number of one of my wedding pictures in hopes to give to my husband as a gift. The package took three weeks to arrive, which was past the 7-14 day shipping promised. I was willing to overlook this, however the color pallet is completely off. My husband's suit was light cream, and the colors received to paint with were entirely blue. Also my dress was a blue color. My bouquet was almost entirely greenery with a few white roses and baby's breath, but the colors received consisted of orange and dark brown with one green color sprinkled in a very small amount. I have tried contacting this company but there is no phone number and they don't respond to the emails. It seems some people have good luck with the site, but if it goes wrong it doesn't seem like there's a way to get a replacement or your money back. Buy at your own risk!

Have not received my painting. It is lost

Ordered 3 paintings 3 weeks ago. Was provided a tracking number within days which I thought was impressive. However... its a tracking number that is meaningless. Supposed to be shipped by Canada Post. I have tried repeatedly to contact te company with no response. Such a great idea - but avoid this company at all costs.

I've probably ordered 5-6 paintings from you. One of them had my yellow lab as blue in color and when I emailed you and sent the painting along you did the right thing and replaced it for free. I really appreciated you doing the correct thing. Now I have a similar issue. My nephew's Mastive passed and I wanted to do a painting for him to have. He loved that dog. The painting, which I'm about 80% complete with has the dog purple. There is no purple in the picture I sent. This is why I only gave you one star on the review. When I'm finished with the painting I will probably send it to you. I can't send my nephew a purple dog. George Smith
