The package took very long to arrive basically because it shipped from China to Mississauga then redirected. Tracking from China was terrible. I ordered it with a wooden frame and it arrived without the frame. Sent several emails to the company as they don't have a customer service number and have yet to hear from them. Money back guarantee is pretty useless if you can't reach them. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

I thought I was ordering from a Canadian company. Looks like the delivery is via China. Was the work also done there? I wanted to support a Canadian company. God knows if I will get this in time.

I choose the best, most detailed option and they sent me the weirdest color scheme that did not match my picture. The skin tone color they chose was purple and pink. And the numbers were printed horribly on the canvas. Now I have a huge painting that took me forever and my boyfriend and I look like smurfs/avatar characters. Beyond disappointed.

I placed 2 orders with this company. They shipped me 2 totally different paintings. I tried to contact them in many ways for a month. No one answer my questions and solve my problems. Of course I couldn't return or refund !!!!!! Very bad experience........

My husband wanted a wild turkey painting so we had one custom done. Was excited and spent over 25 hours completing it. (It was large) Super disappointed in the final result. Its garbage worthy he said. I still have it, trying to decide if i can salvage it by painting over the grassy areas with my own acrylics. I would actually like a refund. He spent around $60.
