Late shipment
Ordered these 12/6 and today is 12/20 and have yet to receive them. Doubt they’ll get here before xmas

Product not received
I purchased this paint by number as a Christmas present for my daughter. Order on Dec 2nd and am still waiting for it to show up on Dec 20th. Tracking through Canada Post tells me nothing. Emailing the company for answers has not been replied to. So at this point I am afraid I have lost my $45 spent on this. Would not recommend purchasing from this company. 😕

Trash Company
Ordered in November hoping to receive in time for christmas gift. Paid for the " expedited" shipping of 3-5 days. Its been a month. Still have not received anything. Company will not reply to emails. There is zero customer service. Will not order again. DO NOT recommend.

Don't buy from them
Don't buy from them. Communication with them doesn't exist. Ordered on December 6th and as of December 14th nothing has been updated. They took my money, haven't responded to my emails requesting information about my Ordered item and when it will actually be shipped. On their website they supply a bogus tracking number that shows no information at all. I completely regret ordering from them. I've requested a refund but have gotten no response from them.
