product delivery is late
i ordered the product on december 3rd for a Christmas present, with promised delivery date BY DECEMBER 17th. It is now the 22nd and the tracking shows it is not even in the United States yet. so much for delivery by christmas. I cannot comment on quality, because I have not received it yet.

It is currently 3 days from Christmas…
It is currently 3 days from Christmas and I haven't received my order. Was counting on this item as a gift! Tracking tells me it's in transit and has said this for a week now. Will not order from this company again.
