Have still not received my package. Should have read the fine print that you will get the package when you get the package and that previous reviews of fast shipping are bogus and probably the company’s doing. If I knew this was comming from china I would have not used this company

I still have not received it.

This company is based in China but the word "China" does not appear once on their website. They use dishonest tactics to secure your order by deliberately concealing the fact that they are based in China (things like a .co.uk domain, claiming that they have warehouses all over the world, not mentioning China once anywhere on their website). They will send you an email to say that you products have been dispatched within 24 hours of purchase but they won't actually ship them for another week or more .... FROM CHINA! The tracking link that they include in that email (probably) won't work until they have actually shipped the product, giving you no chance to discover that the order is coming from China so you don't cancel the order before it is shipped. They then, of course, won't allow you to cancel an order after it has shipped (gotcha!). I suspect that all the glowing reviews on their website that talk about how quick the shipping is have been fabricated. DO NOT BUY!

Ordered on the 9th December. Given a tracking number that doesn’t work. I have heard nothing else 13 days later. Have emailed the company, no reply. The website says it has a warehouse in the UK for quick distribution, looks like my package is coming from China. There was no way to know this from the co.uk website. All order queries pages with courier in Chinese. No idea if I will get my order or my £40 back.

I ordered this in Nov with an expectation that it would be delivered by Christmas. I got a tracking number right away but it is stuck in data received status. Despite multiple follow up emails, I have received no response. Now I am in a situation where I don't have a gift for one particular individual. I think this is a scam.

This company is a scam!!

Ordered in Australia on 4th December with expected delivery of 20th December. Still nothing has arrived. No reply to my emails. I suspect a scam and loss of my $75 ...not happy. HAs any one actually ever received their package from this compay ...wish i had cheddked here first

Do not use this company. Ordered in Nov for a Christmas present. Its been in the UK now for weeks and still hasn't left the Airport after customs check. I've emailed for updates several times and told its delayed due to "slippy weather". I feel I'm being scammed so looking to take further. Please never make the mistake the rest of us have.
