Would rate lower then 1 star. Ordered Dec 1st as Xmas gift. Still not here has been apparently delayed at the airport for 2 weeks. Horrible customer service and cannot comment on the quality as it is not here. Also find it ridiculous that the company asks you to review the product before you receive it just asking for bad reviews if you ask me

I ordered my item on Nov29. It is Dec28 and I still have not received it. The tracking info on Dec09 said “the flight was delayed” from China. The company b promised to look into this but has done nothing and refuses to refund me until 45 days have gone by.
