The matter of staff shortage due to COVID-19 is correct upto some extent but all world now restored its social and economical activities.Work from home is also commonly in practice by the world.its owsome for this site that they could not manage in this manner & resultantly a bed impression of the this site created.The Management should care about it.

Sir, Thanks for given opportunity for writing about the website paid for article. I am very upset because I have written three articles only one is approved but two articles still pending. I want to know about.

I wrote 3 Articles and were approved instantly, but I have noticed the day I post it I get above 150 hits, but 4-5 readers. I don't whether the hard work of writing an article will pay or not. hence still under observation.

Almost 97% of my articles are approved but the ratio of hits vs paidviews is 1000 : 20 to 35 I have failed even once since then I did not withdraw, why does this happen, I don't even know.

Sir please tell me when my articles was not followed author's guide,it got rejected immediately. But now that my articles have been written according to author's guide ,why are it still pending after so many days?
