Hi, please reach out to us via a helpdesk ticket on the site. The most common reason for what you describe is that you have not setup up your Paypal account to receive payments outside of India and Paypal rejected the payment. We refund the balance back to your account in those cases.

The most common reason for not receiving a PayPal withdrawal in India, is because you did not setup your PayPal account correctly to receive payments and PayPal rejected the transaction. Contact Pagazani support so that we refund the transaction to your account and check your PayPal to remove receiving restrictions or contact them. Contact Pagazani Support so they can refund payment back to your account and then choose a different redeem option or fix the original issue with the Paypal account.
