Scandalous and fraudulent

This organization lures you in with no-risk pulls that always give you a card worth a little over the value of the pack you "ripped," then every pull after that will be a card of lesser value. It's a ridiculous scam and not worth the gamble. Tested it out three separate times and without fail, each "protected" rip was a card over the value you pay then every subsequent card is under value. Truly a scam. You are also not allowed to use the money in your wallet to pay for the shipping of the cards you now own if you don't take their immediate buy back offer. They make you pay more to get them shipped to you. Takes them well over a week to get back to you via email for questions or support.

Absolute scam. The "Sweat Free Packs" are not sweat free. If you spend $250 and get a $100 card, they will buy it back at $250. But the kicker is that you can only withdraw the $100 value of the card. The other $150 is counted as "Bonus funds" and cannot be withdrawn. Shameful way to do business, DO NOT USE THIS APP

Won a decent slab. Received the package from my locked mailbox empty. Carrier obviously stole the card but my concern is that Packz is denying and states their quality process shows secure packaging.. neither ends of the box were taped to avoid tampering. I can open it with one hand. But somehow this is their quality control process? My fault for not getting insurance but that’s not the point. Regardless, these kind of things need to be better handled and accountability needs to be maintained.

Not worth it. It is a gamble but when you pull the exact same card consecutive times, it makes it no fun.

I have open 30 plus packs and have withdrawn money multiple times with no problem. This time I try to withdraw and they wanna tell me there’s a name mismatch on the account so I look at my account in the bank account and it’s the exact same information. They are being ridiculous about giving me my money. I’ve been waiting seven days and still haven’t received it, but they could take my money right away. No presents asked. I want the money I’m due plus I interest. This is F*ckng ridiculous, it takes days for them to answer you pack and nothing has changed .

This use to be a 3-4 star review. I did get some good cards from them especially in the 25-100 dollar pulls. What brought it down so low is the customer service. It is horrible, I accidentally used the wrong email and it asked for a password, so I put mine in, it ended up making a new account by accident which I reported immediately. They told me they fixed it and I could add money to my original account, well that did not happen. I had a card in my collection that I wanted shipped, but I wanted to add money to try to get some more slabs to be mailed instead of just shipping one. Well I tried to add money and it wouldn't let me even after they said they fixed it. So I had two days left before my card was sold back or I had to ship it. Well I sent them an email saying it wasn't allowing me to add money two days before. I never received a reply and it was not fixed, I tried to add money twice a day before the last hour for my card. So I ended up shipping one single card because I wanted it costing me 15 bucks. So when I redeemed it, it allowed me to pay for it. I even tried to add money after I shipped it for the next two days and still wouldn't allow me to add money. Customer service is horrible, this was about a week ago and still haven't heard from them. So I just sent another email about it today 4/8/26 that I would not be continuing to use their platform anymore due to this. I ß like to see if they will email me back about this, which I doubt they will. They do offer up some good graded cards in their levels of 25-250 dollars. But if you make a simple mistake you are screwed even if they say everything is good to go, usually I really doubt that. It's probably better to stay away from packz.io.
