I absolutely love using PU+G. I've done two surprise trips and one staycation. I'm big into planning and budgeting so it's nice to let loose on trips and let someone else do all the work. Whoever is planning my trips does a great job picking activities plus there is plenty of downtime for me to explore. Sometimes I just enjoy trying to figure out where I'm going based on the clues the most. The customer service is impeccable and was responsive when I was missing tickets or an activity had been cancelled. Honestly, I trust PU+G to plan all my trips even when I know where I'm headed.

I’ve taken two surprise vacations planned by Pack Up + Go now, and they both have been amazing! One destination was somewhere that I’ve thought about going. The other was nowhere on my radar, but they knocked it outta the park with their recommendations and experiences that were booked before hand! I can’t wait for my next surprise trip to somewhere!

We (group of 4 couples) had a fantastic experience with Pack up + go! We are big travelers and had a lot to say in our pre-trip forms. We were not sure if all of our desired information would be used….but Pack Up + Go listened to everything. They planned a wonderful trip that we all enjoyed immensely. They planned tours, adventures, meals, darling hotel and even had a bit left to include gift cards for Uber and restaurants. We will definitely use them again for another surprise trip!

Not knowing made the build up more exciting than expected. They did a great job curating a short trip, location in the city and daily activities were spot on. Was very skeptical before doing it but would be glad to sign up for a second trip with them.

Stressfree Girls Vacay (Mom and 2 adult daughters) Our surprize destination filled us with excitement as we opened the envelope. When we saw Charlotte, NC we were ready to head out. Pack Up + Go had prepared us well by telling us how to pack. They listened to our interests and met each of our needs. We enjoyed learning about this wonderful city especially the statues in Independence Square. We enjoyed the city tour on the carts, the amazing theater show - Mean Girls, and the delicious food that we ate. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful Grand Bohemian autograph hotel. The art work and every artistic detail was appreciated. We are already discussing our next vacay and have highly recommended Pack Up + Go to family and friends. Someone asked me how I prepared for this vacation, my response was, "I simply packed up and went!" Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We booked and paid for our 2nd trip with Pack Up & Go in 2019 for our 20th anniversary in 2020. Then COVID fell upon us. For many reasons, we could not travel through 2022. In 2023, we asked Pack Up & Go if they would honor our original reservation. Without hesitancy, the answer was yes. They created a wonderful trip for us to Austin, TX. I recommend Pack Up & Go to all my friends for their excellent business practice, their unique concept, and the fun trips they create.

We have done 3 trips and each one has been amazing. Half the fun of the trips are not knowing and the other half is spectulating whete you may go and building up excitment without the stress of all the planning details! Pack up and go has thought of everything and each trip makes you want to take another one. The lodging has been spacious, elegant, and usually in the middle of the hustle and bustle so you get a true taste of where you are. The excursions take into account the pre-survey results and sometimes let you experience something you wouldn't have thought of doing before. The dinner reservation are always tailored to give you a taste of where your going; and if it's not your liking, they give so many other options that you are well covered at any price point or experience. Take the leap and enjoy a stress free experience while reaping every award of a dream vacation.
