Super-fun time was had by all
Super-fun time was had! We all enjoyed the tours and restaurants that the team selected. Your response time to our inquiries was always quick and efficient. One suggestion would be to ask if we would like early or late seating/dinner reservations. Ours were made each night at 5:30 or 6pm which we found too early, especially with our tours.

I'm so glad you had such a great time on your New Orleans girl's trip! We definitely strive to make sure our travelers are responded to clearly + quickly because surprise travel can be daunting! We want our travelers knowing there is a real person at the other end of the phone ready to help with whatever, to make you feel heard + that we have your back :) If you travel with us again, feel free to text or call or email us while you're on your trip if you'd like to switch your itinerary around. Dinner reservations are definitely something we can change last minute!

Sedona experience
Good weather. Disappointed in the resort as it was under construction. 3 of the five pools, spa and restaurants were closed. The rooms were nice. Would like to have been closer to the downtown area. We spent a lot of money on Ubers.

We're so sorry about the unexpected hotel construction, we know the hotel worked with us to offer you a slight refund but still not how we want to start your trips! We chose this accommodation in hopes to get you the common space you asked for, but definitely understand wanting to be closer to downtown! We appreciate your feedback!

Great experience
Great experience. Prime location for hotel in the middle of everything. Went with most of the recommendations while also exploring on own. Overall I would book again.

We're so glad you had a great time in Austin! While we always planned at least 1 pre-planned activity, our trip planners always include curated recommendations for you to try during your down time! Just in case you wanted to explore more in your destination + get around like a local :) With that, you are always know your accommodation will be centrally located in the heart of your destination so you have access to everything your city has to offer at your fingertips! Great for travelers with decision…
Great for travelers with decision fatigue who are game for an adventure. I've done a couple of road trips with Pack Up + Go. This was my first flight trip and it was just a wonderful.

We had booked a weekend trip with Pack up and Go
We had booked a weekend trip with Pack up and Go since we had heard great reviews, overall it was an enjoyable experience but was left slightly disappointed. Me and my grandma ended up being sent to Chicago which was a fun surprise and experience. Our hotel was in the heart of the city with an amazing view but our pre planned activities and restaurants were lackluster. We only had two prepaid activities along with two dinner reservations, the restaurants were not local and we left feeling disappointed, especially since we expected at least one dinner to be paid for as well. Our two activities ended up being two tickets to the Shedd Aquarium and 360 Chicago which is a large city viewing skyscraper. While the overall trip was fun and enjoyable, we felt we did not get our moneys worth and left feeling a little dissatisfied.

Excellent customer service with Pack Up & Go!
We had a very good experience with Pack Up & Go- their customer service is excellent! We realized they had booked us at a hotel that is open to all animals/pets- and both my partner and I are allergic to cats and dogs. As soon as we let them know- they found another option for us in the heart of downtown Portland. They also found 2 excellent restaurants for us to try - a sushi place and a brunch spot for Sunday in Portland. The only other hiccup was we didn't have a reservation in place at the brunch spot when we called- but they were able to squeeze us in anyways. Overall- we highly recommend Pack Up & Go! To have someone else handle the organization and give us excellent food and activity options= a total win!

Customer service is one of our top priorities when it comes to our travelers! When someone else is planning your trip your bound to be a little hesitant so we always want to make sure our travelers feel heard + seen! Overall very good experience
Overall very good experience. The hotel was amazing but there were not that many other activities booked. For the last day there was nothing pre-set. I think my destination was just a bit to small with not enough around. Would have liked more suggestions on activities.
