Such an awesome experience! If you love mystery and you love travel then this is perfect for you!! This company literally does everything for you and all that you have to do is show up and have a great time! Once I booked with them until approximately five weeks later when it was time to leave I had so much fun thinking about all of the possibilities of where I could be going! I even made it into a game with my friends and family! On the day of departure when I opened my envelope to see where I was going I couldn’t believe all of the things that they had planned for me and reservations that were set. Aside from that they gave me a huge list of recommendations and suggestions for my free time. They also state in their info that someone is always on call in case there is a problem with anything. What a nice touch! I had a wonderful time on my trip and I am very thankful for such a uniquely fun and adventurous surprise trip!! I would definitely do this again and highly recommend to all. We loved everything about our Savannah weekend! Pack up and go selected a great town to celebrate my friends’ birthdays. They picked unique tours for us we would have not found on our own, and we absolutely loved the packet highlighting all the things to see.

Our trip was so well planned. They paid attention to our survey questions and chose a destination and activities that were great for us. The hotel was in a nice location, the reservations they made were perfect. They were great at communicating with us and they made it fun and exciting!

The element of surprise kept me excited for this trip and actually took the stress away from planning and making sure everything was perfect. When we got to our destination they had the best activities reserved for us and gave us a great list of recommendations of things to see, do and eat!

This is the first time I’ve ever tried Pack Up + Go to plan a vacation. You fill out a questionnaire and they plan the whole trip for you based on your likes and interests and all the parameters you set. You don’t find out your destination till the day of your departure. We opened our envelope the morning of the trip and found out we were going to Hot Springs! I have been there once over 10 years ago, but boyfriend had never been. It was a blast! There was so much more than I remember. A great downtown area with great art and scenery, bars, neat shops, lots of mineral springs bath and spas, and tasty restaurants. Pack up + Go booked a couples massage and spa day, reservations at 2 fine dining restaurants, and booked us to stay at the beautiful Waters Hotel conveniently right on the downtown strip, where everything you need is right within walking distance. We visited the oldest bar in Hot Springs, the Ohio Club, where Babe Ruth used to visit, along with all the old school gangsters like Al Capone. It had so much history! We did some shopping and other fun things in between bookings too. We would definitely use this website again! They made everything so easy and I didn’t even have to think about anything! I’m definitely one for convenience, and they provided that for sure. I highly recommend trying it, even if it’s out of your normal comfort zone! It’s totally worth it. I want to visit Hot springs again soon too with friends! There is so much to do and see, you can’t get it all done in one trip. This is one for the books though for sure 😉 And Pack Up + Go had a great and helpful customer service line as well to help the hotel with payment when they weren’t sure how to charge the room! They answer the phone 24/7 after just one ring. No wait times or automated systems! They really took care of us. We definitely want to make it an annual thing! 😊

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The team checked all the boxes and we still had time to see the town. Wish we had longer. Looking forward to doing it again.
