Pack Up and Go did an amazing job of taking all of our requests and creating the perfect trip for my husband and me. We loved having just enough structure in our trip to give us starting points for our day, but enough downtime for us to choose what we wanted to do as well. We loved all the suggestions and appreciated not having to do our own research to find things to do. I really can’t think of a single thing I would change. This trip exceeded our expectations and we plan to book another trip soon!

The hotel and activities planned were fantastic. One rep Lillian was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. I will definitely do this again and be recommending it to family and friends!

EXCELLENT - First time traveler with Pack Up + Go and I've already been recommending them to my friends and family. Looking forward to another surprise/mystery travel adventure in the future! I chose a fly/outdoor adventure for my 60th birthday and had an amazing experience. I was having such a hard time choosing where to go and didn't have the time to do my usual trip planning... Pack Up + Go came to the rescue! Their detailed survey was reassuring that I could tailor the trip to my needs/wants and helped them create an itinerary that was wonderfully memorable. All of the pre planned activities were perfect and the list of recommended activities did not disappoint! Having it be a surprise definitely added to the anticipation for the trip. My creative and competitive work friends created a game of "Where in the US is Stephanie?!" and I sent them daily picture clues from where I was traveling. The winner got to within 8 miles of our cabin (that Dark Sky clue really narrowed it down)! A nice souvenir from our travels was the prize! NOTE: I did have questions while traveling and their staff were very quick to respond via email/phone/text. When I changed a reservation due to weather, Pack Up + Go even texted me to confirm the change! We used several of their recommendations for additional activities and found all of them to be professional and above expectations. When I left my coat at the cabin we stayed in, that company had an online form where I could submit a picture/info and I received the jacket by mail within days.

Our Mystery Trip with Pack Up and Go was fantastic. Everything went without a hitch and it was planned down to a T of what we wanted. Our itinerary was flawless and very well organized. We can't wait for our next adventure. Thank you Pack Up and Go.

We honestly didn’t know what to expect and this trip exceeded all our expectations for the planning and execution of the trip. We were dealt some unexpected challenges but nothing that was Pack Up + Go's fault. Everything that they exceeded expectations and allowed us to focus on our experiences and the quality time that we spent on our trip with our friends. We would use them again for the simple reason that it took the stress of planning and figuring things out off the table so our energy could be spent enjoying. That in and of itself was worth every penny.

I have been following PUAG for about 5 years and for Cmas, my hubby gifted us a trip. It exceeded our expectations!!!!!! The attention to detail was great and I was SO impressed by the organization and design of the packet. They were also quick to notify us that one of our activities needed to be adjusted and cleared it with us before making the change. We LOVED our experience and will be recommending them.

Listen, we've done quite a bit of traveling, both self-planned and via tours and we have never enjoyed a trip so much as we did our Pack Up & Go experience! The surprise destination part was obviously very cool but only the beginning of our fantastic trip! The level of detail that PU&G put into the planning was amazing. They organized our days with just the right level of activity, leaving us the freedom to explore some of the many suggestions they provided for dining and adventures. Their picks for our hotel and reserved restaurants were spot on. Even though we flew to our destination, there was no need for renting a car since the hotel was located near the central train station and right in the middle of the walkable historic downtown. When we wanted to go a little further, the hotel had a free courtesy car. We even received a credit for Uber rides when we stayed out later than the courtesy car ran. I can't imagine a more delightful travel experience and highly recommend this to both seasoned travelers and anyone venturing out for the first time!
