What made our experience great was that in spite of the rain Pack Up + Go had things planned for us we didn’t do everything but we did most of them. Also they provided places to eat and things to do based on our likes. I was contacted during my vacation by one of the travel assistants and she assisted me with a change I wanted with professionalism and efficiency. The day we travelled back home another travel assistant informed me of our flight delay. This was the third time we scheduled a vacation with Pack Up + Go and we would do it again. They listen to your requests, and provide excellent customer service. It’s hard not knowing where you are traveling to but it’s worth the surprise!

the destination was great as was the bed and breakfast the places booked for dinner reservations were excellent as well as the tours that were booked also many of the suggestions were spot on overall an excellent trip I look forward to our next adventure

The element of surprise. Excellent dinner dining reservations!! Not sure how to prevent this but I started to get advertisements on Facebook of the California northern coast, Mendocino and Bodega Bay. So I had a clue

Our trip was perfect! I loved having gift cards pre-purchased for our dinners out and the park that was recommended for us to stop at partway was FANTASTIC. The drive time was great too, especially since we had a 3 year old with us. He handled it like a champ but it helped that we weren't driving 6+ hours.

Every detail was taken care of. Booking was easy. All of our questions were answered promptly. We had a great experience and a wonderful vacation.

It was a very good experience and we recommended it to every we saw on our trip. Told everyone all about it. All reservations were excellent and we truly enjoyed each and every one. The food walk was great, the special buggy ride was excellent and restaurants were good. I prefer one nice and the others more every day stops. We never got to the beach because the weather didn’t cooperate. All and all yes I would certainly do this again. There are a few more people out there from around the country that just might be trying your services also. Thank you

This is my 5th trip with Pack Up & Go. Had a great time again! Not having to stress over planning is great. Going places you may not have picked for yourself but LOVE IT. Staff is GREAT and always there to help. We will be doing it again. My co workers play along and try to guess where I'm going.
