Great quality boxes - was a little skeptical when I ordered, but they are not flimsy and they shipped within a week.

How can I get their customer service number? They are not responding to my email about the status of my order Please Help if you can

I was surprised to see the negative reviews on here. I ordered boxes from Packeze & received them within the time window stated on the website. There was a little wait but when I contacted customer service they were very helpful and understanding. I was worried considering the prices of the boxes being so low but when I received my boxes I had to come give them their props…. Quality of the boxes were 10/10. I just want to know, what’s the catch??

I paid for 10 boxes measuring 20x20x15. A representative from the company texted me asking if it'd be okay if they substituted those with 20x20x12.5 boxes. I told them that was fine as long as I was discounted for the 10,000 in^3 I was losing with this substitution. The rep responded by telling me of the prices of the boxes they sell, completely ignoring my concern. On top of that, it took nearly 2 weeks for them to reach out with this information. Bad experience due to bad customer service.

These are good boxes yall. I took a leap of faith and ordered for my move. I especially like the large ones with handles but the smaller ones are well made as well. You can’t beat this price. Shipping takes a little time so order early but buy with confidence. GREAT boxes. I’m ordering more! Crystal K Prosper Tx

I ordered boxes and never received them or a response to any emails or Facebook message I sent regarding the boxes. I had to have my bank refund me. Very disappointing.
