PACKER SHOESReviews of packershoes.com

Coped the Reebok G-unit G6 from packer shoes as it was the only place I found that would ship to Canada. I received my order today (2nd of September 2026) when I opened the box the shoe box was all busted up and the sleeve that goes over the box with 50 cents picture is missing. The shoes are in perfect condition but the busted box + no sleeve is so disappointing as a collector. If it wasn’t for their shady no refund policy I’d send these right back. Never buying from them again.

Absolutely the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Packer Shoes has terrible customer service, painfully slow shipping, and almost no communication. It took far longer than expected for my order to arrive, and whenever I reached out for updates, I either received vague responses or no meaningful help. Their refund policy was just as bad. Instead of refunding my money, they wanted to offer me in-store credit. Why would I want store credit from a store I will never buy from again? After such a frustrating experience and poor customer service, the least they could do is issue a full refund. I will never do business with Packer Shoes again, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying from them shop somewhere else. Between the slow shipping, awful communication, and ridiculous refund policy, this has been one of the most disappointing retail experiences I've ever had.

Used a Visa gift card on a purchase. Order was confirmed and was awaiting shipping. After almost a week with no update Packer cancelled the order and said they are refunding the gift card that I don’t have anymore! They told me sorry nothing they can do and now $200+ is gone

Terrible I have shop with them since Yonkers time and know they are a mess I bought timberland boot and they fit big and on the 14 Nov i asked for a exchange for smaller size I went to to return portol and never received a shipping lable now they state 14 days have passed and im stuck with boots that don’t fit terrible business practice don’t buy from them or it will happen to you.

They use eql who clearly was just caught selling off awake ny 5s stock. These people using eql think its run fair. Im now 0-92 since I just missed on the jellyfish here. Another store supplying stockx for a extra cut

Ordered a pair of limited shoes and paid for my order. Got confirmation just to receive an email a day later that my order had to be cancelled due to an inventory error. I would have tried to cop these some where else if I had known sooner, now I will have to pay resell prices.

I ordered some sneakers, got the confirmation by mail and i paid. One day later my order has been cancel without any explanation. I sent an e-mail and then they cited internal errors that my order has been cancelled and refunded without any excuses or something. Terrible communication, horrible shop. Never again. 0/10

Zero customer service. No response to any emails, terrible and won’t order from again
