Hi Abram, thanks for leaving your review. PackDraw is not rigged, and fairness is not based on simply taking our word for it. Deals uses the same EOS blockchain based randomness as battles, where the final value used to calculate the outcome is not known by anyone, including us, until the future block is mined. That is what prevents anyone from predicting or steering the result, and it is exactly why outcomes can be independently verified. You can learn more and verify your own results anytime at https://packdraw.com/en/fairness. We also clearly show pack and product details up front, including the item pool and Ticket Numbers for each outcome. If something specific in Deals led you to this view, share your PackDraw username and our team can assist you directly and answer any questions you may have. Thanks, Team PackDraw

Hi ezzail williams, thanks for leaving your review! What you are describing with the gold symbols is not how PackDraw works. The animation does not decide the outcome. The result is determined first using EOS blockchain based randomness, where the final value used to calculate the outcome is not known by anyone, including us, until the future block is mined. The on screen animation only reveals that already determined result. Gold spins are tied to higher multiplier outcomes, so they are naturally less frequent. You can learn more and verify outcomes anytime at https://packdraw.com/en/fairness. Long losing streaks can happen on higher volatility experiences, but that is not the same as manipulation. Every pack shows its cost, item pool, volatility, and ticket ranges up front so users can choose the type of experience they want. If you want something less swingy, lower volatility packs or a community pack built to your preferred style are usually the better fit. On your other point, minors are not permitted on PackDraw, and any account reported or identified as underage is reviewed through our standard process. If you want us to look at the specific activity you are referring to, share your PackDraw username here or reach out to our 24/7 live support team and refer to this review. Thanks, Team PackDraw

Hi Max, thanks for leaving your review! That is not how PackDraw operates. We would not be trusted by thousands of users if claims were not being honored. We have fulfilled tens of thousands of claims totaling over $6,000,000 in value, and one of the things we take pride in most is getting products out as quickly as possible for our users. If there is an issue with a specific claim, we want the chance to get it looked at properly. Please reach out to support and refer to this review, or leave your PackDraw username here, and our team can assist you directly and help get this sorted out. Thanks, Team PackDraw

Hi typicaltm, thanks for leaving your review! PackDraw is not a scam, and the odds are not fake. Inside every pack, the item pool and Ticket Numbers for each product are shown clearly, and the outcome is generated using EOS blockchain based randomness, where the final value used to calculate the result is not known by anyone, including us, until the future block is mined. That is what makes the result unpredictable and verifiable. You can learn more and check your own outcomes anytime at https://packdraw.com/en/fairness. If something specific on your account led you to this view, share your PackDraw username here or reach out to our 24/7 live support team so we can assist you directly. Thanks, Team PackDraw

Hi Jonathan, thanks for leaving your review! We’re sorry to hear you left with that impression, but it is not misleading. Each time a user chooses to sell an item, a warning message is shown clearly explaining that the item is being sold back to balance and not withdrawn externally. The process is stated on screen before it is confirmed, so users can see exactly what action they are taking. Selling items back to balance is separate from using the Withdraw option. If your goal is to cash out, there is a dedicated Withdraw button in the cart that walks you through sending funds to your wallet in the crypto of your choice. If you share your PackDraw username, our team can assist you directly and help make sure everything is clear moving forward. Thanks, Team PackDraw

Hi Tanner, thanks for leaving your review! We strongly disagree with that characterization. PackDraw is not a scam, and users are not “guaranteed” to lose. Pack costs, item pools, and volatility are shown up front so users can choose the kind of experience they want, whether that is a safer pack style or something higher volatility with bigger upside. And on your point about streamers, that is simply not accurate. PackDraw is bigger than it has ever been, both in users and partnerships, with over 300 partners across the world in a wide range of categories. We are continuing to grow because our goal is simple: offer a fun, safe, and straightforward gamified shopping experience that users can trust. If you share your PackDraw username, our team can assist you directly and answer any questions you may have. Thanks, Team PackDraw

Hi Harry, thanks for leaving your review! We’re sorry this process felt frustrating. PackDraw does clearly show which action is being taken at each step, and selling an item back to your balance is separate from using the Withdraw option. In your cart, there is a dedicated Withdraw button that walks you through the process of sending funds to the wallet and crypto of your choice. We understand mistakes can happen, and we want to make sure we do everything we can to help set things right and ensure you have a good experience on PackDraw. Please share your PackDraw username here or reach out to our 24/7 live support team and refer to this review so we can try our best to help smooth the process for you. Thanks, Team PackDraw

Hi Spacetrippy, thanks for leaving your review! We understand the frustration, but lower risk does not mean guaranteed wins, and PackDraw is not a scam. Every pack shows the cost, item pool, volatility, and odds up front, so you can choose the kind of experience you want before opening. If you want something even more tailored, you can also build a community pack around the exact style, risk level, and products you want to play for. On fairness, outcomes are generated using EOS blockchain based randomness, where the final value used to calculate the result is not known by anyone, including us, until the future block is mined. That is what prevents anyone from predicting or steering the result. You can learn more and verify outcomes anytime at https://packdraw.com/en/fairness. And on the prizes, the items on PackDraw are real products that can be won and claimed. If you share your PackDraw username, our team can assist you directly, review the packs you opened, and answer any questions you may have. Thanks, Team PackDraw
