Attempted to contact support via the only way provided via the email address , sent an email 4 hours ago with no response , still awaiting help.

I’m having a problem with someone hacking my account, I reached out to support and asked for assistance while still able to access my account and was given a vague response with little to no help. Then my account gets fully compromised not able to change password or log in with new password I just had updated to. I reach out through email and asked for a temporary block while we get my account back to me and was told a temporary block can not be placed. I asked to update my email since I was told my email address had not been changed and is verified.. I submitted all documentation requested and waiting to hear back. I may update my rating once this gets resolved but packdraw needs to do better with assisting members who is telling you they are being hacked and not just give vague responses.. Update- This was resolved some time ago the same day I made this post. I’m thinking something happened with the url after clicking on a link I should not have clicked. I still can’t log in from my main device, only able to log in on a different phone. I’ve tried resetting my phone and still having the same problem.

would give a 5* review, but there is something shady about packdraw, they do not have an exact formula to calculate level progress (they do but dont share probably cuz its dynamic to keep player depositing more and lose more.) sometimes, even losing alot of money and wagering thousands does not progress the account level, and when contacting support about it, they say they dont have a formula. IT SHOULD BE TRANSPARENT! i am 100% sure packdraw is manipulating this part. otherwise, its a good platfrom but expensive, its not for everybody. some people deposit 20 and play 2 hours slots, while here its different, unles u play with 0.01 packs which suck imo, and you will risk burnign your 20 very quickly. i have had some great profits here so i cant complain about game fairness. i personally feel manipulated, since me and my friend simultaneously used both our lvl 0 accounts, and played exactly the same battles with same outcome, wager packs, and the level progress was different in both accounts? @packdraw, fix it. be transparent or your EOS blockchain means nothing if player cant have control and access to all his data. cheers

Full service and fastest service yet good

Honestly the site is enjoyable, it has a great design and nice spinner, the golden feature is incredible for dopamine boost. One thing i dont like is you cant really exchange items just split them so it limits you in a way, also they dont deliver outside of US but thats only YET, site is still rather new i think it will change! I have gambled a lot here and cashouts are instant so it is legit!
