Hi Official Ethanツ - thanks for leaving your review! What you described doesn’t match how PackDraw works. When you withdraw, the transaction either completes to the wallet address you provide or it doesn’t, and there’s a clear record of it. We don’t “take it back” after it’s sent. If you’re seeing funds move out and then disappear, it’s usually one of these: the wrong wallet address, the wrong network, a pending or reversed transaction from the sending provider, or activity inside the wallet/exchange itself after it arrived. Share your PackDraw username and the transaction hash, or message our live support team with the withdrawal details so we can confirm what happened on our side and point you to the exact next step. Our live support team is available 24/7. Thanks - Team PackDraw

Hi Emil - thanks for leaving your review! We understand what you mean about temporary breaks, and we agree that having more self control tools is important. When someone asks to close their account, it is meant to be a real stop, not something that can be toggled on and off, which is why it impacts things like levels and daily access. We’re always improving features and we appreciate the feedback on adding more options here. On battles and “bots”, outcomes are not manipulated. PackDraw uses EOS blockchain based randomness, where the final value used to calculate results isn’t known by anyone, including us, until the future block is mined. That means neither PackDraw nor any player can predict or control the outcome, even in high odds situations like 90%. You can learn more and verify your own results anytime at https://packdraw.com/en/fairness. If you’d like, share your PackDraw username and the battle IDs with our support team so they can point you to the exact verification steps. Our support team is available 24/7 with real people ready to help. Thanks - Team PackDraw

Hi Orton, thanks for leaving your review! We appreciate you playing with us for the past year, and we’re glad you’ve enjoyed the monthly bonuses and pack pulls. On the streamer situation, we want to be clear that PackDraw can only honor promotions that are offered through official PackDraw channels and tracked in our system. We can’t enforce private side deals or promises made by a third party, even if they are a streamer using a code. Please reach out to our support team with your account username Thurthuful_orton and the details of what you were told, including screenshots, the exact code used, and the date and amount of the deposit. Our support team is available 24/7 with real people ready to help, and we can make sure the right internal team reviews whether you were eligible for any official FTD offer tied to that deposit. Thanks - Team PackDraw

Thanks for the review — we’re glad you enjoy the site’s layout and features. Regarding your concerns with outcomes and battle mode, we want to clarify that all users, including bots, operate under the exact same EOS-based Provably Fair system. The final result is determined only after the blockchain data is locked in, ensuring no one — including us — can know or influence the outcome beforehand. Odds for every pack are clearly displayed so you can make informed decisions based on your risk preference. We understand variance can lead to streaks that feel unfair, but our system is fully transparent, secure, and cannot be manipulated. Every result can be independently verified by users through the Fairness page. You can even create your own custom packs or battles with the exact volatility and item odds you prefer. If you’d like help exploring those tools or verifying outcomes, our 24/7 live support team is always ready to assist.
