The support staff isn’t very friendly Kieran to be more specific in my experience has been quite rude in his response. Most of the other staff just gives generic responses that don’t actually give you good information. the timers for bonus often change and prolong the claiming of them and when you press the issue they won’t help or offer a solution just tell you to wait for it to unlock.

Serious Security Flaws and Poor Support – Money Withdrawn Without My Authorization
I am writing this review to share my highly disappointing experience with PackDraw. This is a factual account of events that highlight major security flaws in the platform and inadequate customer support. I am prepared to delete this review if the issue is resolved satisfactorily, but I feel obligated to warn others until that happens.
Timeline of Events
1. January 16, 2025:
I won $1,100 on the platform and attempted to withdraw my winnings using the Google Authenticator 2FA system I had added to my account for extra security about a month ago. However, every time I entered the code from the authenticator app, I received an “Invalid OTP code” error message. This prevented me from withdrawing my funds or disabling 2FA.
2. First Contact with Support:
I reached out to PackDraw support and explained the issue. They claimed they would escalate the matter to their “team” for investigation. Hours passed with no resolution, and during this time, I continued using the platform and lost about half of my balance out of frustration and boredom.
3. Unauthorized Withdrawal:
An hour later, I checked my account only to find that all remaining funds ($558) had been withdrawn to an address I did not recognize. I immediately contacted support in a panic, explaining that the transaction was not authorized by me and asking how this could have happened.
4. Support Response:
The support team acknowledged the withdrawal and asked if it was made by me. After I confirmed it was unauthorized, they apologized and stated they would escalate the matter to their “relevant team.”
5. Final Response from Support:
Hours later, I received a message claiming their team had reviewed the case and found “no suspicious or unrecognized logins” on my account. They concluded by stating they could not be held accountable for any third party accessing my credentials, effectively dismissing the issue.
Key Issues
1. 2FA Failure:
The platform’s 2FA system failed completely. Despite having 2FA enabled, I could not withdraw my own funds due to repeated “Invalid OTP code” errors. Yet, somehow, an unauthorized withdrawal bypassed 2FA entirely. This suggests a significant security vulnerability in PackDraw’s system.
2. Lack of Accountability:
Despite my providing evidence of the unauthorized withdrawal and explaining that the 2FA system malfunctioned, the support team deflected responsibility. They provided no evidence to back their claim that “no suspicious activity” occurred.
3. Possibility of Internal Misconduct:
Given that 2FA is meant to be a robust security measure, the fact that it was bypassed raises questions about the integrity of the platform. If no unauthorized logins were detected, could someone within the company have access to accounts and the ability to bypass security measures?
4. Poor Communication:
The support team’s responses were vague and dismissive. At no point did they address my questions about the security breach or provide any steps they were taking to ensure this doesn’t happen to other users.
Final Thoughts
I chose PackDraw because I believed it was a secure and trustworthy platform, but this experience has left me feeling betrayed and frustrated. Until now, I have provided PackDraw with screenshots of the 2FA issues, chat transcripts with their support team, and email communications. I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution or explanation.
If PackDraw resolves this issue by reimbursing the funds and addressing the glaring security concerns, I will gladly update or delete this review. However, until then, I strongly urge others to think twice before using this platform, as it appears their security measures are unreliable and their customer support is not equipped to handle such serious issues.
I am prepared to escalate this matter further with consumer protection agencies and legal counsel if necessary.

Update: after further discussion with support and Doom (The owner of the site) they continue to deny any security flaws within their platform.
My account was compromised in late December. I noticed they were opening my free cases everyday. So I reached out to support and they instructed me to change my password and add 2FA which I did.
My account was compromised again in January after I told support to look into me not being able to withdraw… Hmmm.
I reach out to the owner of the site and he tells me it’s impossible for someone to have withdrawn the money… which obviously is a lie. He even offers to refund my deposit which was only $140… probably to just get rid of me.
A week later, with no additional help, my account is hacked and now doesn’t exist when I login with gmail. Packdraw probably did this so I couldn’t access support messages.
Total scam site take your money elsewhere.
