Non existent customer support and terrible service
Purchased an ebook for over $65 and was unable to open. Tried on multiple devices to troubleshoot. Attempted to reach customer support 6 times over two days. Never reached a human nor received call back. Class in in progress and no textbook. Guess will try Cheggs and go through credit card dispute so I can get my $$$ back from this useless service.

Hi there, My name is Jessica and I'm one of Packback's cofounders. I am so sorry that you had trouble with your book and weren't able to get through to our customer service team. We will of course refund you fully for your purchase- can you please email me at Jessica at Packback dot co, and I'll get you all set up with a refund? I would just need to know your first and last name, or your email, so I can locate your rental. I want to sincerely apologize for your less than awesome experience on Packback. We are a very small student-founded startup, and we had an unexpectedly large volume of new students this semester which bogged down our customer service team. That is no excuse, but I just wanted to let you know where we were coming from. I really personally appreciate you finding us and giving us a try and I hope we can do more to support you next semester. When you email me, I'll make sure to get you a coupon for next semester --along with a promise that we will have worked out the bugs that you experienced this semester and will be there for you with much better service in the future if you do run into any issues. We are far from perfect right now, but we genuinely care about helping you save money, get your books and get more value out of school. Hoping to hear from you soon so I can refund you completely, Jess Tenuta Cofounder & Head of Design Packbackbooks.com
