Solstice met all of my mental health and recovery needs. I felt safe, cared for, and was able to shape my recovery in a way that met the specific needs of my issues. Staff always encouraged me to be an active participant in my own care. This modality appealed to me, though it might be difficult for some. I got out of the process exactly what I put into it, and there was always support and resourcing to help me in my journey.
