Dear Orlando, Following further review by senior management, Pacific Publishings has now processed a full refund of the €330 paid by you, and the refund confirmation has been sent to you directly by email. The refund was provided as a commercial resolution to conclude the matter and does not constitute an admission of wrongdoing or acceptance of the allegations made against Pacific Publishings or its representatives. We also wish to clarify that the refund was processed independently and was not conditional upon the removal or amendment of any public review. While we dispute a number of the factual allegations made regarding the company and the services provided, we do not believe it would be appropriate to discuss confidential client records, contractual documentation, or private communications in a public forum.
