As a Nurse who has worked with this company for years, I have seen their service decline significantly. There is a huge lack of communication on scheduling. If they request a time from the ordering provider and patient, they should be honoring that time. If things happen (understandably), then they need to communicate that to the patient who is left waiting for them. Respect for time is lacking.
