This is the most evil and disgusting company of any government entity in the world. 1) Pacer and their counterpart ECF/EM are run by the most incompetent human beings. All of them should be fired. 2) I waited over 30 minutes to talk to customer service and the cowards disconnected my call 3) It's virtually IMPOSSIBLE to understand this new Pacer website and logging in. 4) Again every single person at Pacer should be fired. They are incompetent, lazy, and utterly worthless.
