I was blessed enough to make a water well for my 4 grandparents. PAANI was a pleasure to work with as they are such an amazing organization. They kept me updated throughout the process and I didn’t not feel like i was left in the dark about what’s happening with my money. When I was provided with all the pictures of the well once it was done, I was overjoyed with happiness. Paani project has helped me build 2 wells, and both experiences were excellent. The team is professional and prompt, and the wells are high quality. If anyone is looking to build a well in Pakistan, I would highly recommend using Paani Project to do that.

Amazing experience with this organization. Donation options are outlined with detail on their website which makes it super easy to see exactly what your money is being used for. Their customer service team is extremely responsive and helpful. A folder full of all the information related to the wells is sent to you once complete. The pictures are amazing and so is the meticulous process of this company. I will definitely be donating through them again.

I heard about PaaniProject from friends…
I heard about PaaniProject from friends and family. I went ahead and made a donation for my mother who died in 2012. The Organization is really good. They kept me informed of the entire process and sent me pictures and video of the entire process. It took approximately 2 months for the project to be completed. I was delighted to see that my Sadka Jaria was being utilized by people and community in need. It made my day. The PaaniProject staff was very transparent and provided all the documents and proof showing the actual project being built from start to finish. I will continue to donate to this great organization in the future. It’s one of the best ways to gain good deeds for yourself and your loved ones who have passed away. I highly recommend them. May Allah sunhan O Tallah give them continued success for this great cause. Ameen

In Pakistan 'tube well' is called a well in which an electric motor pulls water from the ground and a hand pump is a pump which is operated by hand to pull water.
In March 2021 I happen to hear about Paani Project saying that they do 5 tube wells for $1000 in Pakistan.
I paid the amount and after 2 months I got a photo of a hand pump with joyful gathering of people with a portable plaque with the name of sister (which I believe was removed after the photo session.)
I would have been happy even they had built a single
tube well with a permanent fixed plaque of my sister's name but they did not do that.
I have contacted the Paani Project to obtain the location details of these wells but didn't get any response. Disappointing service from a company who claim to do good service.

Hi Aftab! Thank you for your feedback. We responded to all of your emails and are deeply surprised and concerned by these false, hurtful comments.
You donated 5 tube wells which were each In memory of Sajida Qamar.
We provided photos of what the wells would look like before you made the donation so you would know exactly what you'd be donating.
We showed you at paaniproject.org/donate
You then paid $200 for each well and, within 90 days, we sent you 5 emails with detailed location details along with images of the construction process from start to finish

After we sent you the emails with the links and image folders you replied with an email expressing frustrations that we were not able to build the 5 tube wells like the $600 deep well, even though that's NOT what you paid for. If you had paid $3000 for 5 deep wells, we would have built 5 deep wells. We made it clear in our response to you how we construct our wells and how we can send updates upon request.
Dozens of our donors have gone to Pakistan, visited their wells, and drank from them.
Additionally, we have a three-step monitoring system, one at the district level, second at the community level, and third at the Head office level, which includes our technical team who monitor wells to properly ensure the quality and suitability of the project. We also send our teams over for follow-up visits and do quarterly visits to check the previous wells.
Again, all of this is stuff that our team discussed with you via email. I am unsure why you are saying nobody responded. Thank you!

This was my first time donating to this organization and it certainly will NOT be my last! I'm super impressed and how they kept their word, sent documentation, pictures and videos of what I donated to. Alhumdulillah
Alhumdulillah, I am filled with so much happiness and gratitude today. The people that are dedicated to the Paani project make dreams become reality. My family and I had tears of happiness being able to provide a well for people who deserve so much more in the world than just water, especially in the name of our loved ones. But the most important thing to see was how even receiving the most basic necessity a human being should have (water) brought so much happiness to a community filled with nothing but smiles was beautiful beyond imagination! Thank you Paani for making us all feel connected again. Insh Allah can’t wait to do more projects with you guys!
