I am truly sorry you feel this way sir. Our records show that your complaint was about the battery life not lasting as long as you thought it should. It appears we have already sent you multiple batteries and a replacement charger in good faith, but you were still not happy. This is when we decided it was time for your unit to be sent to us for evaluation after you have been using it for 5 months. As described in our terms of service, the customer is to pay freight to send their machine to us, so there was no surprise to be had. Upon testing of your unit, we found the chargers working properly, the battery life was right at 45 minutes at 2LPM Continuous flow after being fully charged and depleted. Absolutely everything seemed to be working as designed, so we packed it up and returned it to you. There was a packing slip on the outside of your box that detailed what work we performed. It is possible it came off in shipping.

Hello, and I am sorry to hear of your supposed experience. When did you call? Are you sure you called our office? As the person that handles most communications, I can tell you we have been closed for the holidays since 12-24-19 and will reopen 01-06-20. I certainly would have remember a call such as what you describe. Your order seems to have shipped within our standard 3-5 business day lead time (ordered 12-20 and shipped 12-27 after christmas) despite our holiday rush, and was delivered 12-30-19 during our closure. If you wish, I can reach out to you this weekend and answer any questions you may have.

Good morning, and thank you for the review! We take many steps to make sure that no machine is sent out if it has any odor to it. Some customers have a very good sense of smell and catch things that we may miss! Hello, and sorry for the delay! As advised on our website, and multiple emails sent to our customers, during the month of December there is a likeliness of shipping delays due to the holidays. After tracking your package it appears that our staff made an extra effort to ship your package on Christmas Eve to make sure you got it as soon as possible. Merry Christmas!

Hello ma'am. We understand your frustration! If a customer emails us with an issue with their order, we always reply with some quick things to check, like is it plugged in, try another outlet, make sure your tubing is not kinked etc. These are quick and easy tips, and do not need much explanation, so we apologize if our email came across as curt. Honestly it had been a few weeks since your last contact so we figured that the situation was fixed with our last suggestion. Also please note that we are in the process of getting a replacement sent to you asap during the Holiday Rush. **Edit** After providing the customer with the necessary paperwork to send her machine in for replacement, we have not received her machine back.

Ma'am I am sorry you are unhappy with your transaction, but I feel the need to set the record straight. Your order was actually placed after business hours on Thursday 3-28-19. It was processed on Friday 3-29-19, and the order was shipped within 3 business days, as we promise on our website. All orders generally ship in 2-3 business days, and we kept to this promise. What you do not disclose in your review is that in fact, FedEx tried to deliver this package multiple times on 04-08-19 and 04-09-19 and you were not available to sign for the package, and ultimately refused it. We offered to resend the package to you, but your reply email stated "Please don't resend it. I got hurt really bad and need to take a change of course with my health" Proof is with the FedEx tracking number 786363565454 As per our rules and guidelines that you are required to read and agree to before placing a purchase, refusing a package after shipment will always have the order cancellation policy applied to it. Our phone number and email are not only prominently displayed at the very top of our webpage, they are also listed on the order guidelines page you were required to read and agree to before you can place an order, and all of our information is also included in both of the order confirmation emails we send to you. Our contact info is also listed at the bottom of our webpages, AND on the invoice we sent you. There is no excuse to say you cannot contact us. Also, you never returned our phone call to your office on 04-08-19 about this refused package either.
