I have already sent you one reply, and left messages on your website. You sent me something that has never been rebuilt. It is loud, and Has red warning light coming on at start-up, meaning " Service Soon " . I have heard nothing back from you.

Original 5 broke down on a cruise, on/off switch failed. Disaster. Had to replace. New oxygenone regularly stops functioning. This a medical devise I am relying on. Can't. Be very careful before you buy one of these. Ps repairs to fist breakdown now been waiting 4 weeks still no machine. So 2 out of 2 not working.

I would not trust this company, their products does not function well as they advertised. The DevilBliss oxygen concentrator we got did not work to raise the oxygen level. I recommend another company that does give false advertisement.

I am sorry you feel this way, but as we discussed your machine with you on a Sunday, it appears that there is actually nothing wrong with your machine, and it is working just fine. The good thing about your machine with its built in Oxygen Purity sensor, is that as long as it is putting out Medical Grade oxygen, the green light will be on. You confirmed yours was. This means it is absolutely working fine. There is no disputing that. Here is a copy of the transcript of our conversation so any one else can make their own decisions. ____________________________________________________ Leslie: can I return a product? O2+: We do not take returns Leslie: this product does not work at 3 liters it is insufficient in raising a persons oxygen level I want a refund or at least an exhange with a better product Again, I would prefer to exchange it for a better product Stop erasing my messages Can I exchange this product for one that actually works? One that actually raises the oxygen level I want a new one Not a refurbished one O2+: I do not have the ability to erase your messages. Which machine do you have? Leslie: I have DevilBliss oxygen concetrator 5L O2+: A home unit? Leslie: yes O2+: Is the green o2 light illuminated when running? Leslie: the light is illuminated, the problem is that at 3L it does not help stabilize the oxygen level. In fact, for the patient it goes down. At 5L, it barely raises it O2+: What was your name again? Leslie: Leslie O2+: And do you remember your order number? Leslie: 5466 O2+: Ok. So, At 5lpm the purity will actually be a little lower than if you ran it at 3lpm. If the green light on the machine is illuminated, that means it is putting out at least 87% purity which is considered medical grade, and the machine is working as designed. All concentrators operate in the same fashion, and exchanging for another brand machine, or even a new machine, will not solve your oxygen saturation issues. Leslie: I have a different oxygen concentrator machine that says otherwise. The Other one worked well to immediately raise the oxygen level at its normal average at 3L. This machine does not. It is not effective in at managing the oxygen level. O2+: What was the other machine Leslie: Dynarex O2+: The operating specifications of the dynarex are the same as the devilbiss that you have, right down to the output purity. Change your oxygen pulse oximeter. Your machine is working as designed Leslie: No it is not. It is not working as designed because the machine is not as strong as the one from Dynarex. This machine simply does not work O2+: You said yourself the green light is illuminated when the machine is running. They don’t even stock the inventory that they are advertising. I paid for an Invacare Homefill on Saturday. They said they take pride in shipping in one day. They lied to me all week and said that Fed Ex wasn’t picking up because of some imaginary ice storm, I checked the weather in Moneta and it was sunny. I called Fed Ex and that was a lie. They threaten to cancel the order because I complained about them sending me spam email before even shipping my order. When I finally got them to admit FedEx was shipping they said they didn’t have anyone available to fix the units. Lie after lie. If something is too cheap to be true, it probably is. I told them I would have to cancel the order if they couldn’t ship it by the next Saturday after I bought it. They said they wouldn’t have it by then. Today is Thursday, they wasted an entire week of my time and don’t even have the product…now their website says delivery by Feb 18. Did they plan on having me wait a month? Small outfit unable to fulfill orders for necessary medical equipment taking in broken units and selling them to unsuspecting victims, lying to patients with immediate medical needs, preying on peoples needs during the pandemic. Don’t waste you time. I will verify emails, purchases, and website screenshot from today if necessary.

In a response to the poor review I gave Oxygen Plus, they made false statements regarding the equipment I sent to them for purchase. They said it “reeked” of cigarette smoke which is totally untrue. Neither myself nor my late husband smoked. Further, anyone could inspect the package at this very moment and verify that there is no hint of cigarette smoke. Secondly, they said the smoke smell was probably the reason none of the other companies that I told them I contacted wanted it. I had no conversations whatsoever with Oxygen Plus about any topic. In my opinion, Oxygen Plus is trying to dilute a bad review by making me sound like a crackpot.

Watch out for their big Black Friday sale .. they move a lot of broken equipment during that sale. 90 day return goes fast so be prepared to mess around with these pekoe for 6 months and then I bet you still get ripped off.just like I did. Buyer beware of there phoney. reviews.

I had to dig back quite a way back in my records to find your order. I see you ordered a Homefill Pump 12 months ago, and after the warranty expired, you said your pump didn't work. It looks like we still fixed it for free for you and sent it back at no charge. A little confused why you are just now leaving a review?

Why hide your name in your review? What tricks are you referring to with our warranty? Its printed in black and white on our website. I wish it was as easy as getting a "bot" to write 100 reviews to bury obvious fake reviews like this. If you truly have an issue, feel free to contact us with your real name so we can look up your order and figure out how to solve your issue.
