I was with a popular, much advertised company under Medicare. My large concentrator went out, but when I called they said my account had been closed two years prior. I could get no other information from them and nothing in writing. My doctor could get no information either. I was trying to make it with just a small portable. My home therapists finally told me I could purchase used equipment without a doctor's prescription. I compared several companies online that dealt in used equipment. Thank heavens I found your company. You were a life saver and I mean that literally. I was so oxygen deprived and weak that I was on the verge of being hospitalized. This is the second company I have used for O2 concentrators and by far the product and service I have received were of a better quality with a fair price. Unfortunately my 10 LPM Airsep Did malfunction....but instead of sending the unit back for repair we quickly diagnosed the problem on the phone. The cost: 15 minutes of my time.

I'm using my oxygen concentrator to assist with my glass blowing. I've had it for a few months and it is still working just as if should!

Worked perfect. Just didn't have to correct connection from oxygen concentrators to the Brooder 90. The fitting on the Brooder was missing or wasn't included.

Talked with technician about purchase and he was very informative. Machine arrived in good condition and all works as advertised.
