This is a horrible company! My orders arrived way to late. when I tested the machines ( two oxygen generators) both of them would malfunction and stop working properly after 1 hour of use. When contacting their help service they will make you feel like they are helping but they are actually not. They will make you open the machines and will ask you to repair them. They will keep wasting your time and try to make you buy glue, temperature measure guns and other things, by saying they need you to help to diagnose the machines. After a month of this I told them I want to send the machines back because they are clearly bad quality. This is when they start to claim it is the fault of you or the delivery company or anyone else who had contact with the machines that is not them. After fighting with them about this for a long time they will say ok, you can send them back but you have to pay the sending fees (for me 2 x 240 US dollars total 480 US Dollars). This is of course unacceptable seeing as they send me broken machines. I had to get Alibaba Involved and upload proof and fight with them for another 2 months. While they fight they will lie, make unfair claims and try to cheat any way they can so they don't have to pay back any money. Luckily I had screenshots of every conversation so I could proof to Alibaba that the company was lying. In the end I still lost 340 US Dollars end ended up with 2 malfunctioning machines. So to round up. 1: Horrible quality machines 2: horrible service and attitude 3: they will try to lie and cheat if they worry they have to pay back any money 4: machines overheat easily causing a dangerous situation. worst experience I had with any shop ever!

First the product does to work as advertised. Second they do not honor their warranty, and charged me $100 to return the product. I would avoid this company at all cost. I rarely take the time to write a review, I just felt compelled so no one else has the same bad experience. They are such a fraudulent company I am contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint.

On Oct. 18 2019 I bought a OLV-C oxygen concentrator for $629.from TTLIFE. It came with a one year 5000 hr warranty. In July 2020 it stopped working completely. I contacted TTLIFE & was offered $30 to take it for repair in my town. After phoning every oxygen co. in the area no one would even look at it. I was told they know nothing about Chinese products & even if they could find the problem they wouldn't be able to get parts to repair it. After several attempts to get TTLIFE to stand by their warranty they stopped answering my emails. I then contacted the manufacturer in China Zhengzhou Olive Electronic Tech and had an identical experience. As I need oxygen daily I was forced to buy a new one locally with a warranty I can trust. Neither TTLIFE or Zhengzhou will consider fixing this product (junk)

I order it 2 weeks ago, website stated 3-5 business days delivery, storage facility in KY and CA, I order within California, it’s been 10 business & days 4-5 emails inquiring for info and I barely received a “status update “ where it’s showing shipping form wangzuo CHINA, and still in CHiNa10 buss days later, the reps who have replied to Me have said “ Hi, it is in transit now, as for the tracking number, it needs about 2-3 working days to be updated. please don't worry about it” which is a lie to keeP buying time so the Concentrator leaves China this si an unfaithful company.

If I could give this product and company a 0 stars I would. I will say I ordered two pulse ox's at the start of the pandemic and one didn't work right off the bat. I asked for a refund, but they chose to send a new one. The new one that was sent was broken in half. I told them and they opted to credit me. I was then stuck with one. After a few months it stopped working entirely. I just got a hold of them and they responded by retelling my emails to them in regards to the credits I requested based on their poor quality product. I've sent them these reviews and asked to refund my purchase price or I would be contacting the BBB. They probably won't care.

My review will be exactly like many others. I almost never buy without looking at the reviews. But I did in this case. I noticed they had Pay Pal so I figured it would be a reputable company, NOT,NOT!! I have never dealt with a worse company. It is not an American company. Most of our e-mails back and forth had odd verbiage, hard to relate to. They never seemed to relate to what I was telling them. The product took 55 days to be delivered and then it didn't work. Around 40 days I put in a request for a refund from Pay Pal which has now been refunded. TTlife kept telling me it is in transit. I changed the category on my refund request with all the data when it was finally delivered. I went as far as to contact the maker of the finger Oximeter I had ordered. They would not send me one that worked even though I sent pictures showing it wasn't working. They referred me back to TTLife. The last e-mail I got from TTLife they offered me $3 to cancel my refund request. What a joke my cost was $33.99. NEVER buy anything without reading the reviews. I wish I could have given them a Zero!!

Don't buy from TT Life. We ordered a pulse oximeter on April 22 for $32.99. Their site said it was in stock. They advertise fast delivery, warehouse in California, easy refund. None of it is true. It was a high demand time; the prices are quite a bit lower now, and delays probably less. On May 2 we finally received a tracking number. On May 22, when there was no sign of movement, I wrote to complain. They responded promptly, as they always do. After another complaint with a refund request, on May 26 they offered a $3 rebate. On May 28 they offered a $2 rebate. Later that day it in fact arrived, and I apologized. But 2 days later it stopped working. New batteries didn't help. I asked for a refund; they offered $5 to pay for an easy repair at any repair shop. After I entered a complaint and eventually a claim at PayPal they offered a replacement or a 50% refund, and eventually they started persistently offering $20. PayPal finally issued a full refund on July 14.

Our brother is terminally ill with COPD, emphysema, and lung cancer. He saw an ad for the oxygen concentrator and was so excited because the price was good. He lives on disability and has very little money. We got the machine and found out it wasn't sufficient for him as he needs a higher percentage than what it was. We did not know that when we ordered. He called his doctor and found this out after the machine was delivered. This was our fault, but now they won't take the machine back or refund his money. He is a veteran and very ill, and this purchase was huge for him. The machine could be returned and sold again and they wouldn't be out any money. For him to spend that money and not be able to use it is a great hardship. We offered to pay all the shipping to return it. We have not had a response and so we are very disappointed. They are taking money from sick people and not caring enough to stand by the customer's satisfaction. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
