This company has a worst customer service. They don't respond to emails accordingly. They state on website they offer 30 day return and when you request to return an item they give you the run around. Charging all these fees to return an item and not provide address to send item back. I am really disappointed in the lack of customer service and lack of communication. I will file a dispute through PayPal. Please read reviews before buying from this company.

Order oxygen concentrator December 23 2021 received following week damaged. Contacted ttlife several times and sent pictures each time as requested. Now end of March 2022 and told replacement time is expired. I am screwed by another Chinese company.. never order directly from any foreign company. I will always go thru Amazon they have instant refund or replacement. TTLife sicks big time.

While I love my TTLIFE humidifier, I have not been able to find the filter anywhere for over a year! So, my low rating is not for the humidifier itself. My low rating is due to the fact that I cannot get filter replacements anywhere (and I search online at least once a month). So, what good is a great humidifier if you cannot get the maintenance filter to keep in running with clean mist?

This vendor has very poor customer relations. My item was shipped from China which vendor concealed from me. He only responded to my emails when pressured by paypal.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!! This place advertises as having a warehouse in California. 2 days to ship. So safe assumption you would have your oxygen in 7 to 10 days. This is a scam. YOU ORDER AND GET NOTIFIED AFTER THAT IT IS COMING FROM HONG KONG!!! I TRIED TO THEN CANCEL IMMEDIATELY! THEY claimed HAD SHIPPED ALREADY SO WOULD NOT CANCEL- THIS TOO WAS A LIE... 10 DAYS LATER DHL JUST INFORMED ME LABEL CREATED BUT STILL NOT RECEIVED TO SHIP!!! A Legit company would inform you that out of stock in California and give you option to cancel- you can't just advertise coming from California warehouse then say oops out of stock and so will be weeks or months to arrive from Hong Kong!!!! THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING WITH MUCH NEEDED MEDICAL EQUIPMENT!!! I SHOULD HAVE HAD A CONCENTRATOR BY NOW IF THEY WERE HONEST. This is messing with life changing medical equipment. Now 2 weeks into this it still has not shipped from Hong Kong BUT THEY SAID FOR LAST 1O DAYS IT HAD SHIPPED!!! I can't order as they have my over $500. I don't even believe there is a California warehouse and if there is, you need to give option to cancel if shipping changes or it was false advertising. Then they claim shipped immediately so could not cancel but it has not shipped. I tried to cancel within 24 hours of placing order so there is no reason it could not be cancelled. This company is a scam, they need to be removed. DO NOT ORDER YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR PRODUCT OR WILL TAKE SEVERAL WEEKS WHILE YOU SUFFER FROM LACK OF OXYGEN!!!! GOOGLE NEEDS TO REMOVE THIS COMPANY FROM SEARCH RESULTS AND I HAVE CONTACTED ALL ENTITIES I CAN THINK OF TO REPORT THIS SCAM.

If you value your money then don’t use this company. I ordered an oxygen concentrator, after two week they emailed me saying we don’t have it in stock, I said then refund me the money, no answer for about 48 hours, then I got an email saying they are going tho ship a cheaper product. They a scam company

Wow can’t believe how this company operates! I wasn’t aware of how they “work”. Everything was nice until you pay… then several months after they trying to push a cheaper product. I refuse to accept it and now they said they will not return my money. That’s the biggest fraud ever! How this company still operates in USA? Since I didn’t accept the cheaper machine, they asked me to return it to the local importer. I did it… since then, a total refuse to give my money back.

DO NOT use this company. They are awful. I have been emailing with them for weeks, and they will not acknowledge any of my questions. They had me pay for return shipping and still are refusing to give me a refund after I have provided them with proof of delivery. They also give out customers personal information.
