Do not use this bank. My account was flagged for using it as a business account, because I deposited a check from a business. Yes, you read that correctly. To close the account, they have to send a paper check and it takes 21 days to receive the funds. Please don’t use this bank. Extremely frustrating.

I open an account with oxygen and added this account to receive the direct deposit of my job. Just like many banks I know ppl set their account to have their direct deposit from their job. They blocked my account, I called them to close my account because many times I tried to use my card online it always declined while I have money on my account. They said I can’t close my account because I was using my account for business and my account was not supposed to be for business. I was not using my account for business! I only had set it to be the account where I have a direct deposit from my job. Another thing is, you can’t transfer money from your account and you can’t cash. I had to make a check in my husband’s name, wait until it arrived it by mail, so I could have my money. They are not unblocking my account so I can use my money, they also are not allowing me to close the account. My money is with them and I can’t have it.

After the last update the app is saying my device is not authorize to get in to my account and then tells me to log out I have called customers service and email them for the last 4 5days in a row they tell me that theyll sented a email I never got I just want to get in to my bank to close my account with them

They just closed my account without notification or anything. I asked how they can close it without telling me first and then they say they will send me an email.

This is the worst bank ever. Yes hey sent me a card that’s already been used so now they making me wait to access my money in my back account and I have bills that are due....they custom service barely speak English so they don’t know anything what you saying...it’s sad they need to be shut down because they scamming people out that money...every time I ask for a supervisor , they just put me in home and don’t even look so they come back in the phone saying it’s not one available...so you telling me at the job every day all day it’s never a supervisor on duty.

This company is trash! They suspend your account if u have deposits at they decription and they wanna put u threw all kinds of things to get ur money transferd our of ur account to another well now they will have the biggest lawsuit ever . This a prepaid account not American express

I loved Oxygen at first, I referred all of my employees to them, and my family. I started playing a little online poker 6 months ago, and there wasn't ever an issue with this. I paid for every transaction made, I even spoke to a representative because they were charging me international fees every transaction whereas Chime did not. They just said it was a company policy and it being only 10 cents to 20 cents it didn't bother me much. Out of the blue they closed my account, due to online gambling. There was a balance of 456.79 in my account. They said they'd sent the money back to the issuers and I'd have to contact them. I can't get any of statements because it won't let me in my account. Now it says my balance is 19 and some change when I call customer service and they can't explain anything to me. It's completely unprofessional and I would like to know where my money is.. don't bank with them. They are great at first then they strike like a thief in the nignt.
