I was sold. Sam got things going. Now the scary part, the rollover. I thought would take weeks. Oxford worked directly with me and my 401k account holder. Oxford got my money and had my precious metals in my IRA in a week. Customer service since then has been great! I just recommended two family members to Sam. It was a great experience all around.
