Ask for Andrew. Great customer centricity with transparency and he understands his team and who to delegate to complete projects. No one else but Andrew who is structured and organize. Due to his execution I will definitely reach out to him for my next book endeavor. Thanks Andrew

They scammed me out of $6,250. They promised to publish my autobiography and distribute 1,000 copies to 50 of their client book stores. It was all a scam. I am 82 working 2 jobs to make ends meet and they robbed me. They have a terrible reputation on the Better Business Bureau as a scam outfit. Stay awy from them.

🏃‍♀️ One month later… and I still have an incomplete manuscript. This has been my personal experience with Oxford Book Writers. I paid $590AUD for publishing services, but after one month my manuscript remains incomplete, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of progress and communication. Before spending your hard-earned money, do your own research, read reviews from multiple sources, and make an informed decision. My experience has not met my expectations, and I regret trusting this company.

Overall we felt deceived. We found out after we had sent large amounts of funds to "Oxford Book Writers" that they overly charged for services that are available at a fraction of the cost per standard industry and charged for publishing tools that are available for free. We felt spent thousands on social media marketing, and advertising packages, resulting in no book sales to substanciate the spending and their promises. We wanted to meet at their office location, and found out that their business address 124 broadway San Diego does not exist. They rent a Private Mail Box at a third-party retail shipping storefront in Anaheim, CA where mail is re-routed to an overseas location. We found out that their website domain was created in 2024 and registered under an iceland mailing address which we thought was odd. We discovered that they have recently begun transitioning to alternate brand title such as "Oxford Classic Publishers" to refresh their online reputation. We should have checked with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) before signing-up with any business. We found out that "Oxford Book Writers" and their alternate entity "Oxford Classic Publishing" are not a BBB Accredited Business. We also found out that purchasing the ISBN under their business name, will result in the company owning the rights to your book. Something they did not explain.

This was my first book writing endeavor. I was completely lost, the team at Oxford Book Writers. We're very patient with me and their expertise is immeasurable. Most important to me is the way I was treated. The team walked me through each step of the process. I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. I trusted and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend Oxford Book Writers.

Kate was absolutely amazing! She stayed with my project every step of the way until my book was successfully published globally. Even after the initial publication, I discovered a typo, and Kate made sure the corrections were made and the updated version was republished. Her commitment to excellence and attention to detail gave me great confidence throughout the entire process. Once everything was complete, she also provided valuable suggestions on how to increase my book's visibility and reach more readers. I truly appreciate her professionalism, patience, and dedication.

I am a first time author although I have been writing for years. My contact with Oxford Book Writers is Benjamin and he has been AWESOME! He helped me understand what was involved in becoming published and practically held my hand as my confidence grew. He was available when I needed him and if I didn't reach him, he contacted me back in hours. It is because of him and the customer service he gave that made me the now confident published author I am today. I am looking forward to working with him to eventually publish ALL of my stories for as long as I write! He is knowledgeable and knows how to get things done correctly. He always has my best interests at heart and helped me with advice and honest critique. I value our business relationship dearly and Highly Recommend him as well as Oxford Book Writers.

I wanted to thank Anna and Kate who have been so understanding and kind to me during this entire publishing process. The team who works with me is always going way beyond what I signed up for. Today Kate, who is such a delight to work with and I actually look forward to our conversation about my book and Anna surprised me with my web page for my book. The creativity and imagination that was shown on my web page, I had no words to express my delight when I saw it. The content and design went perfectly with my branding. The team also decided to do a few social media stories/posts for my instagram and Facebook accounts. The posts were so beautifully polished and professional looking, I was blown away by the teams effort to make sure I received more than what I purchased. I can not type, shout, write, or sing the praises of Oxford Book Writers. Today you made me an unknown author feel as if I was the most famous author. Thank you for your dedication and meticulous over site of my book.
