Buyer Beware! READ your contract. Paragraph 19 states Ox Floors is not responsible for any damages they do to your property while installing the floor.Also, to cancel after giving a deposit they must receive a cancellation form by mail before midnight of the third business day following signing of contract or you will not receive your full deposit back.
