This company and platform is "customer first"
This company and platform is the easiest to navigate through. When ever I had a issue with delivery the customer service was fantastic in finding the issue and replacing the item. I really like the auto buy feature and use it regularly. I have already told others of the company who have joined.

convenient…
I like how you can invest as much or as little as you want in precious metals. Lately the ways of taking delivery has changed. No platinum coins is a negative and only one ounce units. No palladium available.

Thank you for the review. Platinum and palladium are much more thinly traded markets and availability can be spotty. We will never take your money for something we can't be sure to put in your account and/or deliver.

I pay a 3.5% premium for purchase and then up to 20% to take delivery/ Seems excessive?. I have been a customer for a long time. I will continue to purchase, but there are certainly better alternatives out there

Thank you for the review and for the feedback. Even though we do things a bit differently (accumulation, then delivery if requested), the all-in price is very competitive to other places you can obtain silver. The 20% you are speaking of would be for American Silver Eagles, which have the highest premium. The premium for those is currently 19.25% (as of 1/29/24). If you wanted a lower premium item, 100-oz bars are 3%...1-oz rounds are 6%...so there are other options to keep your overall cost per ounce lower.

The great thing about OWNx is the ability to buy over time. I also like the purchase options, from bars to coins; and multiple Oz options, including 1/2 oz.

I love how easy this is to invest or purchase metals. I’ve been with OWNx or its predecessor for 12 years. I only wish that the reports that I’m able to generate and or print was more informative i.e. give a summary of annual amount spent to purchase.

We will take a look at ways to improve the reports you can view, but just to make sure you know both ways to view your account history, here they are: Statements: - Select an account - From the left sidebar, select "Statements." This will allow you to view/print monthly statements. - An update to this view would be to aggregate the months into year, which is what I think you are asking for. Stay tuned! Transaction History: - Log-in to your account - From your Dashboard, select "View Account History" and select the account you would like to view - Enter a Start Date, End Date, select Download, and "Search."

long time customer
I was a long time, small-time buyer and the company from my experience has been what they claim. I took delivery 2 or 3 times for small amounts, with no issues. I did feel that the premiums were on the high side but I didn't actually do the calculations. About a year ago I made a sizeable move and bought into a pretty large position. Now they claim volatility and will only deliver in 1000 oz bars. Which I do not want. And how do it get it? Pretty sure it can't be delivered to my house? Maybe it can....

Thank you for your review in 2021. We are just getting up to speed here on TrustPilot. The delivery bottleneck has cleared since then and premiums for deliverable items have decreased dramatically as well. Thank you for being a loyal OWNx customer!
