Success! Ownwell was able to lower the property taxes on our new construction home by nearly $1,000! Their website is intuitive and easy to use. We were kept informed throughout the process and they responded quickly to any inquiries we made. We referred them to our son as well. His protest was also successful and we both received a $20 credit for the referral. Highly recommend!

What really made this great is that I didn't have to do all the work. Ownwell spent the last year plus going through the dispute process and I saved money. I received a lower tax and paid Ownwell for doing it. It saved me money and the small portion that goes to Ownwell was worth every penny. Nice work guys.

This process overall was very easy on my part! Ownwell retrieved the information they needed from us. Everything else was for the most part automatic.

Can think of no reason not to use this service unless of course someone wants to pay more taxes. Easiest way I have ever saved a little over $500 after paying their fee. I have tried protesting myself in the past did not come close to the results they did. Leave it to the professionals.
