I had a great experience with my Balkan region esim. Not only was it easy to set up and use, but when I had a question, they emailed me back very quickly. Suggestions on making it even better: 1. Make it easier to retrieve the QR code post transaction (maybe send it in an email) 2. For long stays, enable users to renew their existing sim for repeat periods instead of getting subsequent sims

I got a Balkan SIM and it worked perfectly in Albania & North Macedonia. It didn’t work in Kosovo though. To be fair at the check out they said they were having problems in Kosovo, but Kosovo was meant to be included so only getting 4 stars instead of 5. Was great otherwise though. Would recommend.

Esim was misleading, Kosovo is not offered at all

I used it in Balkans and it worked very well, I had internet in Kosovo too

It worked perfectly in Russia and support was very helpful
