Unprofessional software house
This company is highly unprofessional. Despite the owner claiming to be an SEO expert, they expect SEO results within just seven days using only backlinks and rely on outdated strategies from 2015. The work environment is poor, and they unfairly deducted half of my salary by excluding weekends, even though I was entitled to full pay.

Hello Zaid, It is quite telling that an employee terminated after just 7 days for failing to meet basic performance standards, performing worse than our entry-level interns, and now attempting to rewrite history eight months later. Let the facts speak for themselves: -You overstated your capabilities during your interview to secure an executive position. -When tested with real-world tasks, you could not deliver, making termination the only logical step. -Even though company policy dictates a 40-day processing period for final clearances, we paid you immediately as a gesture of goodwill for your time of your working days only, even though your output did not warrant it. HR answered all your inquiries transparently at the time of your exit. Airing grievances online eight months later does not change the facts of your evaluation. We consider this matter closed.
