Geoff is the best. Patient, polite, personable, responsive, resourceful, and followed-up! A rare combination of professional characteristics these days. Thanks for all your help, Geoff. You made a tedious task a lot easier to handle.

Greg was wonderful. He was kind, really cared about our needs and followed up perfectly

Dan was prompt and did his research quickly, which we very much appreciate.

Even though Dan wasn't able to buy my policy, he was super quick to respond and I felt like he handled my case with care and compassion. He kept me in the loop at all times and I appreciate that!

I had a great experience working with Geoff Schacht at Life Equity. Geoff was very helpful in going through this legibly process with first explaining what we needed to provide and helping us get a fair settlement offer. At every step Geoff was a good advisor and represented your company in a professional manner. Thank you. David Holton

Greg was all about customer service! He always followed thru with what he said he would do and answered questions quickly. Best customer service I have experienced in years!

When my only option was to walk away from a term life insurance policy or sell I chose the latter. Geoff from Ovid made the process pleasant. He has amazing follow up and a heart for customer service which unfortunately is missed by many companies in 2024. Ovid is the one you need to call.

Greg Bates provided the ultimate in customer service! He went out of his way to help us find the best solution for our situation, explained our options clearly, and followed up with us every step of the way.
