Thank you Dan Winegrad for working on my behalf for collecting all the information to make sure everything came together at the close. You make me realize that everything will be done in good faith. Best Regards ! Sudheep Sharma

Greg was patient and explained everything to me. He didn't hesitate to communate with me when either of us needed something. He made a painful situation a lot easier for me. I really appreciate his help and understanding.

Very professional approach to the subject. Great advice and follow up to the end.

It is all about communication Greg Bates went over and above. He was on top of all the obstacles that sometimes were there especially dealing with the insurance company very professional but yet demanding to get the job done. Made my life easier and took a lot of pressure off me.

Fast and easy very knowledgeable person

Although I didn’t get an offer, I appreciated Geoff’s effort and that his communication skills were outstanding. He kept me in the loop even though the Hollidays. This isn’t a fun exercise, but Geoff made it easy. Respectfully, David Myers

Greg Bates has been extremely helpful. Every time he told me he was going to call or e-mail me, I would always get a phone call or e-mail a lot sooner than he had told me. Greg should be hired to train other people in his field to care for their customers. In the future, I plan on contacting Greg for everything that I am searching for in the areas of insurance, etc. Greg did a great job, and I am recommending him.

Greg Bates was extremely helpful and fantastic to work with. He was patient and super informative in a very stressful situation. I highly recommend working with Greg Bates.
