I placed my order for several perfumes in November and never received anything.

I ordered 2 bottles of issey miyake parfume I opened it up and its not authentic I notified them as soon as I opened the box and sprayed it now there giving me a run around beware it smells like raid bug spray I paid 55 dollars a piece I though I was getting a good deal it sells -at macys for $106.00 a bottle now they want pictures of the boxes the bottles bad business they just lost a good customer Beware of there Issey miyake its fake been wearing it since it came out 25 plus years

I ordered perfume 4 weeks ago. I have not received it, there is no UPS tracking number on my email receipt, and they have not answered repeated phone calls and emails. They should not be in business!

Yes their prices are cheap but who knows where they get their products from, if what you get is not factory seal then it's not genuine. Customer service are NOT knowledgable and the manager is EXTREMELY rude. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Firstly they sent me the wrong product. I emailed them probably about 20 times and everytime I call their phone is "busy." They sent be the wrong product so I sent it back unopened in the original packaging. I even made sure I sent it with a recipt signature confirmation. They sure signed for it! But I have yet to recieve a refund or at least the product. They have my money and the product. This is called STEALING. A L.Rameriez signed for it. Along with the "5-star" reviews that are very sketcy in broken english this definintely tells me something. What a bummer. These people are thevies. At least reading all these reviews I now know I will not be getting my money back. I am filing a case with the Better Buussnes Bureau.

I have no received my perfume which was order two weeks ago. Do not buy anything from here, they do not respond to email or answer their phone. i am very UNHAPPY.

Why is it that the only people who gave it a 5 star rating on this site all don't know how to spell or put words together in correct English form? Something is a little off here so people beware and trust the negative ratings.
