When I ordered my rug it said the estimated delivery date was Friday the 11th. When I clicked on the link of my status it said that I hadn't ordered anything yet and the rug was out of stock. So I had to wait till 10:00 a.m. in order to call and find out that in fact the order did go through but it won't be delivered until the 14th. Very frustrated because I could have ordered this rug from Home Depot and had it delivered much quicker.

My rug was not delivered at all. I received an email from you stating it was delivered at 11:16 PM, 9/3/26. What company makes delivery at that time of night! I called you immediately in the morning of 9/4/26 and spoke to Tshiamo. She admitted that she could see on her end that the rug was NOT delivered. She stated I had to wait but she would put in a redelivery notice (I will not post the delivery # she gave me here. You can call me as you have me Landline tele number. ) AND she said I would received a confirmation email within "minutes" It had now been over 3 days and I have not heard from you. Please contact me.

When placing my order I inputted my shipping address and it shipped to another. After speaking with an Overstock rep they told me to take it up with UPS. Needless to say my order went to someone else, Overstock would not refund me and I will not be purchasing with them in the future.

Item came by UPS with no one to set it up. I threw it away.

I tried to order an item twice yesterday. Both times the shipping address reverted back to an old address even though I updated it. When I attempted to have customer service assist me they said they can’t correct any addresses, and I would need to cancel order and start over.

Tried to cancel an order. My order was placed as a guest using my personal email. Email notifications went to both my personal and work email yet customer service could not find either. Could not cancel as a guest so I called customer service the next morning and product had already been sent to the warehouse. Have now received notice that it’s shipped but don’t have access to the link since I ordered in a guest account. Such a disconnected process. No one will be home to receive the order.

My order was sent to the wrong location. I am waiting for it to be returned and then I will order again.
