Color was way off from what It looked like online. The rug was not yarn that was dyed. The color was printed on a white rug.

This is a terrible company to deal with. You cannot cancel an order online because of computer glitches (according to the Customer Service supervisor) within the required 1 hour time frame if you place your order during non-business hours. As a result, the order I placed shortly after their business hours supposedly shipped in the middle of the night, and I am now being told that I have to pay a restocking/return postage fee. The supervisor I spoke with said that was their policy, and that there was nothing that he could do about that. When I asked for proof that my order had been shipped, half a day went by before I finally received an email saying that my order had just shipped. I decided to contact PayPal who I paid the order through and because of their moneyback guarantee, they advised me that I will be getting back all of my money, including the restocking/return postage fee. Buyer beware! This is a terrible company to do business with! I will never purchase another thing from them based on this transaction. UPDATE: I called UPS and was able to get an ETA of the delivery. I made sure I was here during that timeframe, and refused the package stating that I had canceled the order. As a result, the delivery did not happen. UPS will be shipping it directly back to the sender. Incidentally, the weight was 92 lbs. And, as a reminder, PayPal will not be allowing them to collect shipping fees because PayPal has a full money back guarantee.

1. I could not change/update my phone number on my profile. 2. Could not get to my personal information on my profile. 3. The agent does not have rights to update my phone number. 4. The agent got disconnected. 5. There were lots of issues Bugs which were giving me tons of error messages like "Can't be shipped to your area", but agent told me "try to purchase and it may work" and it worked. Terrible 6. I spend over an hour dealing with this mess - unacceptable! FIX YOUR BUGS!!! WHAT A MESS!!!!

My item was delayed in transit 4 days ago. I still don’t have an update delivery date and never once did overstock or the carrier let me know there was an issue. I only know from the incomplete tracking info. I’ve had issues in the past but decides to give them one more try since it’s been a couple of years and a merger later. It’s just as bad if not worse than before. Sadly. Hopefully I’ll still get the item or I’ll be raising a fraud complaint with my card company.

I have no experience to rate. I ordered and the tracking number gives me no information.

Package not delivered

Late, pictures don’t look like actual item, difficult to return item. Never using overstock again. I can “return” it within 30 days but I have to pay for return shipping; and for a rug, that would cost hundreds of dollars to return and customer being responsible to pay for shipping fee.
