I placed an order, which was confirmed, and then I received an email saying it had been cancelled, with no explanation whatsoever. I wrote to the help email address and received no reply. Terribly disappointed, house warming gift for my daughter. No communication, no order, no nothing. Furthermore, I live in Italy, my daughter lives in the USA: There is no way to include a European billing address. Awful experience.

My item was delivered in an ok condition. The box had some damage but the item was fine. However the quality was very disappointing. Pieces were defected from point of manufacturing. Stitching is misaligned, overly stretched causing separation, ripped material, stripped pieces and poor installed staples.

I was supposed to receive a 15% off coupon for signing up for emails yesterday. I wanted to use that coupon on a deal that expired yesterday. But the email with the coupon never came. But, now I receive an email to rate the service. What service?

I ordered baskets and received lamps. Even though I called immediately after the faulty delivery, the baskets were now out of stock. They would not issue a refund for the baskets until I returned their lamps. Terrible customer service!!! I feel I should not have to go out of my way to fix their mistake, especially when I did not end up receiving the product I ordered. I would never order from them again, Too risky.

I placed my order on Aug 30. The website had indicated my item would be delivered by Sept 4. The item shipped on Sept 1 and arrived at a facility in NJ. The tracking indicates that it has not moved since then. Today is Sept 8. I tried seeking help through customer service but could not get any kind of update. UPS was not helpful either. It is extremely disappointing and frustrating to not be able to determine if the item has been lost, or when to expect delivery. UPS is your shipper, you should be able to help customers whose items are long overdue. I get that delays happen, the problem is there has been no update on when delivery can reasonably be expected,
