Your confirmation email never opened fully. I ordered two rugs and paid $100 for shipping by this Friday. I can't even track to see if they have been ordered, shipped. Only thing I say once is the "estimated" delivery date of Friday Also, I tried multiple times to create an account using same email you used to send me this request--- stopped trying after 10+ attempts. I'm a kind patient person. Really just wanting answers. I have a very important function at my home Saturday Andy

We received an email the day our coffee table was supposed to arrive that the order was cancelled. Just…..we’re not gonna send you what you ordered, but we’ll give you a refund….eventually. This was my first- and last-time shopping Overstock.com.

The quality of the items was poor. The photos of the item on your site appear to have a frame/base for each light. But what arrived was just a string of lights and plastic bags. The quality was very poor compared to similar products we’ve purchased from other businesses. And the box was damaged, but the items inside were not damaged. So the delivery service was fine. Seems wrong to be charged to return the items.

I got an annoying product-review request before my purchase was even sent—I just ordered it yesterday! That type of junk email from Overstock is intrusive and disrespectful of the client. Overstock staff is aware of this issue and should fix its software.

The order was simple. I haven't received the delivery yet and they are BLOWING UP MY INBOX with multiple emails per day about sales. I can't unsubscribe until I get the delivery. This is annoying and unnecessary.
