I received a confirmation for my item and was charged for it, but when I click on order status it says I have not placed any orders.

A piece of furniture I bought is the cheapest thing I’ve ever seen in my life. It says it’s real wood but you put you start to screw screws in and it. It’s so soft. It starts to tear away. This is horrible. I can’t believe you saw this.

I placed an order only to have Overstock cancel it the next morning. I went through the motions of ordering again and it said it was on back order. The question is why did Overstock cancel my order instead why didn’t they place it on back order??

I took the day off to receive delivery and was checking the "status" all day. It said my pkg was to be delivered 9/5/2026. It had arrived in Cocoa, FL at 5am. At 7p the latest update said there was an exceptional delivery issue and to wait for updated FedEx delivery date. It still wasn't updated 3 days after! Finally on 9/8/2026 it arrived. The box was so badly damaged and taped up everywhere. A panel was badly bent and screws/bolts missing! Worst Delivery by FedEx!!!
