The order came but is missing the table and I cannot get in touch with anyone from customer service. It says the order is fully delivered, but we never got the table to our set.

I was delayed on delivery, several days, but when I went to verify.the website came up with "you have no orders" Worked around that and found my order so figured I should call. After fighting my way through the automated system (not one option applied to my situation) by repeatedly saying "representative" I reached a completely incompetent rep -twice. The item was delivered the day I tried to cancel my order.

The item I received has not any identification onto it. The shipping container has not a receipt in it, the item is supposed to be gold but there is no way for me to know if I bought real gold or a fake, The ad says item from Indonesia but in the bag the item is from Turkey. K7507, k1172 means nothing overstock numbers nowhere in my order.

Inability to connect with customer service regarding my order. I keep getting a "Call cannot be completed at this time, try later," regardless of the time I call. I needed to ask an important delivery question in reference to products I ordered on 9/7/2026.

I ordered two bed frames. A day before the scheduled delivery, Overstock cancelled the order because the beds were out of stock. First off, how did they not know sooner? Second, they never said when they were restocking. Third, it’s been three days and I haven’t yet seen the refund. Never again!

My order was confirmed and several days later the order was cancelled by Overstock. Why is the item listed on your website if you don't have it available to ship. Yes, I did get a full refund. Thank you. But that doesn't explain why the item is STILL available to order on Overstock website.

We were lied to about delivery. It was supposed to be”deliver” today so we took off work and rearranged appointments to be home, because of course they can’t give you an actual “time” to deliver. I could never reach customer service via phone. Not only did it not deliver, but it just shipped today! Will never buy from Overstock again. Horrible service.

Our system will give an estimated delivery date based on your zip code but that is an estimate only. We have reviewed the order of the sectional and most of the boxes were delivered on 09/14. Two more will reach you between 09/15-09/16.
